Kimberly Burroughs is the Executive Director of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Houston Community College. Kim's extensive background in leadership development and human resources spans over twenty years, where she served in leadership roles for a Fortune 500 company, non- profit, and in the government sector. Kim directed strategic initiatives, developed leadership programs, implemented performance management systems, and led teams to achieve operational performance goals and customer satisfaction.
