Lara Cottingham: Chief Sustainability Officer, City of Houston
Lara Cottingham is the Chief of Staff of the Administration and Regulatory Affairs Department and the Chief Sustainability Officer for the City of Houston. In addition to leading the Mayor’s Sustainability Office, Lara is the public face of ARA in the media as well as before City Council, industry stakeholders, and customers.

Jane Stricker: Senior Relationship Manager, bp
Jane Stricker is a senior relationship manager in bp’s regions, cities and solutions team. She supports bp’s partnerships with cities and corporates to help them reduce their carbon emissions while creating unique business opportunities for bp.

Juliana Garaizar: Launch Director, Greentown Labs
Juliana Garaizar is the Greentown Labs Houston Launch Director. Greentown Labs is the largest climatetech startup incubator in North America. Juliana is currently a board member of the Angel Capital Association and is an advisory board member of the Israeli fund Sanara Ventures, the Houston Diversity Fund and the University of Houston Cougar Venture Fund.

Aubin Cirilo Fernando Ntela : President, LaGreen, LLC.
Aubin is the leader of a local startup LaGreen, LLC. whose mission is restoring the balance between green spaces and hard spaces with style, poise and elegance. Houston based LaGreen is a full biophilic design-build firm for eco-sustainable projects. Aubin has 12 years of construction management experience and he speaks 4 languages.

Ann Elise DeBelina: Associate, Oliver Wyman
Ann Elise DeBelina is an Associate at the international management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, where she brings a broad range of experience working with Fortune 500 businesses. Prior to Oliver Wyman, for 3 years she was a part of GE’s Accelerated Leadership Program, and 4 years she was an environmental consultant for Environmental Resources Management.

Willy Verbrugghe : SCORE VP of Outreach, Mentor and Counselor
Willy was the CEO of six billion-dollar companies and four technology (non IT) start-ups in 10 different industries. He speaks 8.5 languages, lived in 5 countries, and has had manufacturing plants and service centers in 186 countries around the world. His nickname is Mr. International. He has also been the chairman of the Belgian Chamber of Commerce of Texas and the Chairman of the Houston Mayor International Trade and Development Council for Europe. He is now Executive VP of SCORE Houston.
